WALTER SURFACE TECHNOLOGIES TO EXHIBIT LATEST WELDING AND ANTI-SPATTER INNOVATIONS AT CANWELD EXPO & CONFERENCE 2017

Walter Surface Technologies, the global industry leader in surface treatment technologies is participating at CanWeld Expo & Conference being held at Place Bonaventure in Montréal, Québec, September 13th and 14th, 2017. Walter will showcase new products including E-Weld Plasma, Flexsteel™ flap disc and their Surfox™ electrochemical weld cleaning system at Booth 413.

“We are excited to be a major supporter of this year’s CanWeld Expo and Conference”, said Dan Pirro, Vice President of Marketing at Walter Surface Technologies. “Education is one of our core philosophies so we are eager to be presenting a new white paper on anti-spatter advancements as well as having visitors come by the Walter booth to learn about new products and productivity programs that can positively impact their business” concluded Pirro.

Walter’s Patrick Lapointe, Vice-President of Research and Development will be presenting at the Expo Room on September 14th at 9:00 a.m. His session will examine how new ceramic-based anti-spatter technologies help industry professionals keep their surfaces spatter-free across a variety of metal fabrication applications.

Walter will hold interactive demonstrations of their Surfox™ electrochemical weld cleaning system, including hands-on trial sessions of their industry-leading Zip Cut™ cut-off wheel and Xcavator™ anti-vibration grinding wheel. They will showcase E-Weld Plasma™ anti-spatter solution and their cost-effective Flexsteel™ zirconia alumina flap disc line.
