Hiring Process

Our hiring process usually follows these steps

Open positions will be posted on the Careers section of our website.  We also post open positions on job boards such as Monster.com.

Human Resources will screen resumes to identify those candidates that meet the requirements for the position..

Human Resources will contact qualified candidates to schedule a phone interview.

Based on the outcome of the phone interview, candidates will be invited to interview in person with the hiring manager.

Once a decision has been made on those that have been interviewed, the outcome will be communicated, usually by phone.

If an offer of employment is made and accepted, final employment is contingent on the satisfactory results of a pre-employment background check, a drug screen, and references.  Depending on the position applied for, the background check may consist of a criminal background, driving history, and credit check.

Our workforce consists of personnel in the following areas:

Administration – IT, Human Resources, Administrative Support
Finance and Accounting
Sales, Marketing, and Sales Support
Operations and Logistic
