Job Summary
Direct the growth and profitability of the US safety portfolio.
Lead, develop, and mentor Safety Sales team to achieve maximum sales volume.
Foster strong & effective relationships with key national account partners, house accounts, OEM customers & buying groups to ensure long-term and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
Education
- Degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience
Experiences
- 15 years field sales experience with experience in the industrial safety products market.
- Proven success managing and supervising a geographically diverse sales team.
- Tangible experience with industrial and safety distribution partners and end-users.
- Experience with national accounts sales and/or large account penetration, negotiation, and maintenance techniques.
- Experience with respirator and confined space products and applications and thorough understanding of Respirator and Confined Space regulations and standards.
Others
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to interface with all levels of an organization.
- Must have excellent time-territory management skills, and be able to travel cost effectively throughout the US as much as 50% of the time.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills.
- Capable of working efficiently and effectively from a home office.
- Must be computer literate, including Microsoft Office and CRM database.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.

Job Summary
Develop and oversee the sales function for assigned region.
Lead, mentor, and coach Territory Managers and efficiently manage sales agencies to develop sales plans and target, to achieve sales budgets and maximize sales volume.
Work in close collaboration with industrial sales team to identify cross-sell opportunities and grow sales.
Work with sales management and agencies to drive key strategic account strategies, tactics, and engagement strategies throughout the region.
