Warehouse Associate – Walter USA

Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate will support all warehousing activities:
Unload & Load product and merchandize from and into commercial trucks
Receive product, unpack, check against packing slip, store in warehouse. Ensure accuracy of delivery against documentation.
Quickly and accurately pick inventory to fill customer orders.
Pack, address, and process for pick-up and accurate delivery.
Record all shipping information.

Responsibilities:


Education
Experiences
  • 2 + year’s warehousing experience.
  • Fork truck experience required.
  • Knowledge of Radio Frequency technology (RF gun)
  • Must be computer literate in order to use computerized manifest & shipping systems.
Others
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a consistent basis.
  • Must be able to read and follow written and oral instructions in English
  • Must be detail oriented with a high sense of urgency.
  • Must be able to be on feet at least 8 hours a day, and work in a non-climate controlled environment.
  • Must be able to work overtime as needed.
  • Must be able to work as part of a team.

Job Summary

Support the development of strategic and tactical programs conducive to increasing the company’s sales presence, penetration, and competitive share with strategic account and buying group partners.
Build and execute plans for new account business development to maximize sales and market share.
Collaborate with Walter Regional Sales Directors and Territory Managers to execute strategic account and buying group programs and deliver growth year over year.
Participate in National Sales Meeting, Road Shows, regional, national, and international trade shows, customer events, distributor sales meetings, etc.

Responsibilities:


Education
  • College degree preferred, or equivalent experience
Experiences
  • 5+ years strategic account management experience.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Industrial distributor and end-user experience.
  • Experience selling abrasives, tooling and power tools.
Others
  • Proven prospecting skills and a “hunter” mentality.
  • Must have excellent time-territory management skills.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills.
  • Capable of working efficiently and effectively from a home office.

Job Summary

The Regional Sales Director is responsible for developing and managing the assigned sales team, providing training, guidance, territory support, and performance management in order to promote successful sales and growth.

Requires extensive travel to mentor, coach, motivate and develop the sales team.  Proactively calling on customers to assist sales reps with sales generation.

Cultivate and grow relationships with key distribution partners and end-user accounts.
