About “Coulée Walter”
“Coulée Walter” is produced and estate-bottled at Silver Springs Farm in Quebec’s Eastern Townships.
Silver Springs Farm has one of the few maple groves that have never been cut. Many of the trees span centuries, and a few giant maples have been in production since the early 1800's.
Still today, sap buckets are collected by hand and the syrup is slowly cooked over a wood fire until it has reached its perfect equilibrium.
